Refund policy

Returns:

Sometimes things just done work out. When that happens, we have made it easy for you to make a return at Grace & Joy. 

Included in every shipment is a prepaid shipping label. Wrap your item back in the shipping envelope or box and attach the label to the envelope or box. Once we have received the item back in our store, we will issue you a gift card for store credit. The item must have the tag still attached. This gift card will come in the form of a 16 digit code & a QR code. This code will never expire. We accept returns within 30 days of when the item was delivered. We are constantly adding new items to our website. We know you can find something you love. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

All items purchased from the Sale section of our website our final sale. Items that have a marked down price are Final Sale. We will not allow exceptions to this policy. Items that have been purchased on sale do not come with a prepaid shipping label. 

We offer many great sales on our website therefore all items purchased with a markdown of 30% or greater are final sale and can not be returned. 

All intimate items are final sale.

RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED WITH THE FOLLOWING: 

Items must be in new original condition (Unlaundered) with tags attached, no stains or signs of wear.

Returns must be shipped back with in 30 days of receiving your order. No exceptions.

Defects or damaged items:

Please inspect your item carefully. Our goal is to make your on line shopping experience as pleasant as possible. But life happens and if there is a defect or you are not happy with your item please notify us via email or phone with 7 days of receiving your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for covering any additional duties and taxes. 

All orders of regularly purchased merchandise come with a prepaid return shipping label. We do not charge for returns or do a restocking fee which is why we offer a full refund of store credit.
