Description

In 1972, Diane von Furstenberg created a chic and universally flattering ready-to-wear jersey wrap dress that launched her career and would forever change the landscape of women’s fashion. Since then DVF, the woman and the brand, have created designs that empower and promote a woman’s sense of self, weaving feminism and activism into the brand’s DNA. This visually vibrant tome, which accompanies an exhibition held in von Furstenberg’s hometown of Brussels, features nostalgic and contemporary photographs of her journey as a designer.

  • Our Story

At Grace & Joy, we believe clothing should do more than just look beautiful—it should make you feel something.

What began as a small, family dream has grown into something far more meaningful. My mom built this store with heart, creativity, and a deep love for helping women feel confident in what they wear. She had an eye for beauty and a gift for making people feel seen.

In a matter of hours, everything changed. My mom—who was also my best friend—became suddenly and critically ill. While navigating life as a new mother, I stepped in to carry forward what she started.

Today, my sister Lilly and I continue her legacy together.

We work closely with artisans and small family makers around the world, many of whom my mom and Lilly met while traveling through Southeast Asia—building relationships, not just sourcing products. Every piece in our store is thoughtfully chosen to reflect that same spirit: effortless, beautiful, and made with intention.

Grace & Joy is more than a boutique to us—it’s a continuation of her story.

And we’re so grateful to share it with you.
